Good combination of PDA and portable printer?

PDAs & Handhelds

I need to print select one of five standard texts, with a unique ID-number and a price. This must be done on site, with only a PDA/cellular and a printer.

I have thought about PDA with Windows, bluetooth communication and a portable printer with low specs – It should only type letters. The application that provide the text should be like a spread sheet – Excel or similar.

Is there any risk of buing hardware with different bluetooth standards so that the combination PDA/printer will not work?

I’m not so sure about the PDA, but the HP 460btw portable printer has bluetooth and a lithium-ion battery. It’s a great printer. If you’re looking to save a little money, you might go with the basic HP 460c portable printer. It too comes with a battery.

As for the PDA, HP also carries a line of iPaqs, even one that has a thumbprint reader built into it.
